Along with George Clooney, “Up in the Air” stars Vera Farmiga, Anna Kendrick, Jason Bateman, Amy Morton, Melanie Lynskey, J.K. Simmons, Sam Elliott, Danny McBride, Chris Lowell, Steve Eastin and Zach Galifianakis from “Juno” and “Thank You for Smoking” director Jason Reitman. The film opened in Chicago on Dec. 4, 2009.
