We should add a challenge question for user registration to prevent spammed accounts.

Various challenge questions on the site (i.e. in the user registration form and e-mail forms) now prevent spammed submissions. Some challenge questions are in text and some are math questions. For example:
What is the third word in the phrase “umunu umaza iyesaz aneja acunoho”?
Math question: 11 + 0 = ?
