CHICAGO – We have just confirmed that Ron Howard, Brian Dennehy and Jim Lovell will walk a Chicago red carpet (as part of the 46th Chicago International Film Festival) on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 7 p.m. at the Museum of Science & Industry at 5700 S. Lake Shore Dr.

Several of the lead cast members of Ron Howard’s “Untitled Cheating Project,” which is filming in Chicago, may walk, too. The 46th Chicago International Film Festival will honor Ron Howard on June 12, 2010 with its prestigious career achievement award. The award will be presented at the festival’s annual summer gala.

Ron Howard has directed “Angels & Demons,” “Frost/Nixon,” “The Da Vinci Code,” “Cinderella Man,” “A Beautiful Mind,” “Edtv,” “Ransom,” “Apollo 13,” “Backdraft,” “Parenthood,” “Cocoon,” “Splash” and “Grand Theft Auto”.
