Film News: Pixar Releases New ‘Brave’ Trailer

CHICAGO – A new trailer has been released for the upcoming Pixar film “Brave.” Telling the story of a young princess who wishes to be like any of her people and use her archery skills in battle, the new trailer is really just a scene from the film in which three men shoot arrows to try and win the princess’ hand in marriage.

What is immediately clear from this scene is the care and work that has gone into the animation for “Brave.” The scene looks beautiful and the voice work and sound of the scene is also exceptional. Pixar is known for making its fantastic animated films, and it appears early that “Brave” will be another success for the company.

“Brave” will release nationwide on June 22, 2012 and features voice work by Kelly Macdonald, Emma Thompson, Robbie Coltrane, and Craig Ferguson. If you haven’t seen the new trailer/scene, you can view it here:
