CHICAGO – Rachelle Lefevre will be replaced in the third “Twilight” film, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” by “Terminator: Salvation” star Bryce Dallas Howard, according to Summit Entertainment, the producers of the films based on the Stephenie Meyer books that star Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

CHICAGO – New photos surfaced recently from the highly anticipated sequel to “Twilight,” “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” and Summit Entertainment sent over the shots featuring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, director Chris Weitz, and more.

CHICAGO – The official poster for “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” has finally been released and it features shots of Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), and Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), the biggest stars of the sequel to “Twilight”.

CHICAGO – Channing Tatum, the star of “Fighting” and “G.I. Joe,” may want to brush up on his vampire mythology because Melissa Rosenberg, the writer of “Twilight” and “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon” wants the muscular leading man to play Riley in the third film in the Stephenie Meyer franchise, “The Twilight Saga’s Eclipse”.

CHICAGO – A director has been announced for the sequel to “Twilight” and “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon,” as Summit Entertainment made it official today that “30 Days of Night” helmer David Slade would take the director’s chair on “The Twilight Saga’s Eclipse,” already scheduled for release on June 30th, 2010.

CHICAGO – USA Today has published the first official photo from the highly anticipated sequel to “Twilight,” “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon”. Captured in the photo are Paul (Alex Meraz), Sam (Chaske Spencer), Jared (Bronson Pelletier), and Embry (Kiowa Gordon), otherwise known as “The Wolfpack”.

CHICAGO – Michael Sheen, one of the stars of last year’s Best Picture-nominated “Frost/Nixon,” has joined the cast of the “Twilight” sequel, “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon,” appearing with the already-cast Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, and Dakota Fanning in the film to be directed by Chris Weitz.
