CHICAGO – The holiday season officially kicks off on November 1st, 2017, with the early present of “A Bad Moms Christmas.” This sequel to the popular “Bad Moms” of last year is decorated with tinsel and has more badness, much of that generated from the stars of the first film… Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn. Joining these Bad Moms are three iconic actresses portraying their mothers… Christine Baranski, Cheryl Hines and Susan Sarandon. Every major cast member except Baranski came to Chicago last week to promote the film.

CHICAGO – One of the perkier new TV shows of the fall season on The CW network is the medical drama, “Emily Owens, M.D.,” about a first year medical student navigating the rigors of a big city hospital. One of the more memorable characters is Dr. Gina Bandari, portrayed by Necar Zadegan, a teaching surgeon that Emily (Marnie Gummer) will encounter along her journey.

    CHICAGO – Local filmmaking is thriving, thanks to the many creators who choose to make independent movies in Chicago. Co-directors Stirling McLaughlin and J. Wilder Konschak (also writer) brought their cast and crew to the Windy City to make their comedy, “Cold War.” The film made its digital debut on April 6th, 2018, and will be available on iTunes, Google Play, FandangoNow, Amazon, Vudu and more.
