CHICAGO – This 35-image slideshow contains all of the official press images for the highly anticipated “The Twilight Saga: New Moon,” starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Rachelle Lefevre, Billy Burke, Peter Facinelli, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, Michael Sheen and Dakota Fanning. The film was adapted by Melissa Rosenberg from the book by Stephenie Meyer and directed by Chris Weitz. It will be released on November 20th, 2009.

CHICAGO – “Twilight” fans will get the chance to meet the cast when they go on a 15-city tour this November. The tour kicks off in Los Angeles, CA at the Hollywood & Highland Center on November 6, where fans will be treated to a performance by several bands featured on the “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” soundtrack.

CHICAGO – Rachelle Lefevre will be replaced in the third “Twilight” film, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” by “Terminator: Salvation” star Bryce Dallas Howard, according to Summit Entertainment, the producers of the films based on the Stephenie Meyer books that star Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

Joe,” may want to brush up on his vampire mythology because Melissa Rosenberg, the writer of “Twilight” and “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon” wants the muscular leading man to play Riley in the third film in the Stephenie Meyer franchise, “The Twilight Saga’s Eclipse”.

CHICAGO – A director has been announced for the sequel to “Twilight” and “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon,” as Summit Entertainment made it official today that “30 Days of Night” helmer David Slade would take the director’s chair on “The Twilight Saga’s Eclipse,” already scheduled for release on June 30th, 2010.

CHICAGO – Michael Sheen, one of the stars of last year’s Best Picture-nominated “Frost/Nixon,” has joined the cast of the “Twilight” sequel, “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon,” appearing with the already-cast Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, and Dakota Fanning in the film to be directed by Chris Weitz.
