GENEVA, IL – Pastry guru Chef Alain Roby, holder of two Guinness World Records, guest on The Martha Stewart Show and contestant and judge of numerous Food Network challenges, will celebrate National Dessert Month throughout October at his popular All Chocolate Kitchen (A.C.K.), 33 South Third Street in Geneva, Illinois. The renowned Pastry Guru will create delicious specialty items on certain dates, and a portion of all proceeds will be donated to the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois, the statewide voice for the prevention of and education on chronic kidney disease.

A.C.K. will offer $1 off pumpkin caramel custard.
National Angel Food Cake Day, Wednesday, October 10
A.C.K. will offer $1 off a slice of delicious angel food cake.

National Pumpkin Day, Friday, October 26
Guests get a real treat by saving $3 on a special blown sugar pumpkin. Each pumpkin will be crafted by renowned sugar artist Chef Alain Roby.
A Certified Master Chef of Pastry and Sugar Artistry and Hall of Fame member in both Pastry Art & Design and Chocolatier magazines, Chef Roby is internationally known for his talent in creating sugar and chocolate masterpieces. ACK offers guests the opportunity to indulge in exquisite desserts and truffles from the finest grand cru-quality Belgian and Swiss chocolate. Roby and his team also create artistic sugar sculptures, as well as authentic Italian Gelato with imported ingredients from Rome. His life-sized chocolate sculptures as seen on the Food Network are displayed at the cafe.
