CHICAGO – There is no better time to take in a stage play that is based in U.S. history, depicting the battle between fact and religion. The old theater chestnut – first mounted in 1955 – is “Inherit the Wind,” now at the Goodman Theatre, completing it’s short run through October 20th. For tickets and more information, click INHERIT.

HollywoodChicago.com theater critic Alissa Norby wrote in her highly recommended 4.5 out of 5.0 review of the new Chicago play “On an Average Day” at the Victory Gardens Theater:
The performances by both Stef Tovar and Johnny Clark are arguably two of the best Chicago has witnessed all year. These are performers who view and treat acting as a true craft. Being able to watch their work up close is as hypnotizing and surreal as experiencing a glass blower create his sculptures from mere sand.
