Daily Herald film critic Jeff Bayer releases survey for sixth-annual 'Scorecard Movie Awards'

Daily Herald film critic Jeff Bayer in Chicago has released a survey for his sixth-annual “Scorecard Movie Awards”. The voting deadline is Feb. 24 at 6:45 p.m. (15 minutes before the Oscars). He says he plans to have voting results by 8 p.m. on Feb. 25 at the latest.
