I created this thread in the horror film section because “One Missed Call,” which is currently rotting away with a remarkable zero percent at Rotten Tomatoes, actually makes you laugh while it’s trying to make you scared, according to HollywoodChicago.com film critic Allison Pitaccio in her new review of the film.
