CHICAGO – We all saw this one coming. NBC has officially canceled “Outsourced,” as we predicted they would, following the cancellations this week of “The Event” and “Law & Order: Los Angeles.”

“Outsourced” was one of those shows that always had decent numbers but when they renewed the more critically-acclaimed “Community,” “Parks and Recreation,” “The Office,” and “30 Rock,” it seemed unlikely that there would be any room on the network for another show with just “decent” numbers.

NBC has also renewed “Chuck” for a half-season, “Parenthood,” and “Harry’s Law.” Yes, we’re batting 1.000 on the peacock network so far.

Stay tuned for all of the details and news as it breaks.
