Which is the sexier weapon and why: guns or swords?

Without question - Swords! Swords have always had a magical history; from King Arthur’s sword Excalibur to Harry Potter’s sword of Griffindor. Swords like these give their owners magical powers and strength. Then there are the swords of the Samurai. Each sword is made to match its owner. Their sword is a thing of beauty and precision. The Samurai becomes “one” with his sword. So much so that for a Samurai to die without his sword in his hand, is to die dishonorably. I could go on and on about swords but suffice to say, any schmuck can shoot a gun but it takes skill, finesse and strength to wield a sword.

Sexer Swords!

Swords are sexier because they are a more physical form of combat.

Swords!

Swords are way sexier. A guy has to really wield a sword — and of course, using it requires contact. A swordfight is a dance (with admittedly higher stakes). You can’t get swashbuckling adventure with guns, which are often used in a cowardly long-distance away. The only time guns were ever really sexy was in “Red River” … but no matter how smoking homo-hot that film is, it can’t out-sexy the sword.

Swords

Using a sword in battle requires movement of the whole body.
