Here is the synopsis for “Safe House”:
Denzel Washington plays the most dangerous renegade from the CIA who comes back onto the grid after a decade on the run. When the South African safe house he’s remanded to is attacked by mercenaries, a rookie operative (Ryan Reynolds) escapes with him. Now, the unlikely allies must stay alive long enough to uncover who wants them dead.

The martial arts school that I train at is my safe place. I know that I can leave all my problems and angst at the door when I train, and that any screw ups I experience while on the mat are immediately dealt with. I train hard, I learn from my mistakes, and I don’t make them again. Truly a stress free environment for me.

In my dreams.. As long as I am asleep I am safe, it’s when I wake up that I no longer feel safe.
