CHICAGO – Ernest Borgnine, the beloved Oscar-winning actor who passed away July 8 at age 95, will be honored on Chicago’s Me-Too network Tuesday, July 10, with a marathon of the actor’s celebrated TV work. Me-Too’s “Tribute to Ernest Borgnine” will air from 7pm to 11pm.

The tribute kicks off with a 1982 episode of the Tom Selleck crime series, “Magnum, P.I.,” in which Borgnine memorably guest starred as a villain named “Mr. White Death.” This hour-long program will be followed by six episodes of the ’60s sitcom, “McHale’s Navy,” set in the Pacific theatre of World War II. Borgnine earned a 1963 Emmy nomination for his performance as Lieutenant Commander Quinton McHale. Episodes set to air during the tribute include “The Fugitive Ensign,” “The Return of Giuseppe,” “Little Red Riding Doctor,” “McHale’s Country Club Caper,” “My Son, The Skipper” and “Wally for Congress.”
