OUTSTANDING MOVIE/MINI-SERIES
“American Horror Story” (FX)
“Game Change” (HBO)
“Hatfield & McCoys” (History)
“Hemingway & Gellhorn” (HBO)
“Luther” (BBC)
“Sherlock” (PBS)

“Game Change” and “American Horror Story” should dominate these categories in which star power often goes a long way. The Academy will take the chance to award beloved movie stars like Clive Owen, Julianne Moore, Jessica Lange, and Ed Harris over lesser known names like Benedict Cumberbatch and Idris Elba. They love star power and, in the case of “Game Change,” most of the A-list talent deserves to win. At the height of the political season, don’t be surprised if the HBO movie sweeps.

While I disagree with you

While I disagree with you saying Loie is probably the best show on tv, since it’s Breaking Bad, I agree with all your picks. And I actually think either Esposito or Paul will win (they’re equally good) in the supporting actor in a drama series category.
