“The White Tiger” is based on an award-winning novel by Aravind Adiga. The hero Bairam (Adarsh Gourav) born in India to a lower caste. As a poor villager, he sees an opportunity to become a driver for a rich master Ashok (Rajkummar Rao) and his wife Pinky (Priyanka Chopra). This begins a journey that will take him from the lowest depths to the highest independence.

“The White Tiger” is available to stream on Netflix beginning January 22nd. Featuring Adarsh Gourav, Priyanka Chopra, Rajkummar Rao and Mahesh Manjrekar. Written by Ramin Bahrani, based on the novel by Aravind Adiga. Directed by Ramin Bahrani. Rated “R”
