Tom Holland (Spider-Man in the Marvel Universe) portrays “Cherry,” a young drifter in life who finds purpose with Emily (Clara Bravo) and as an Army medic in Afghanistan. Before he ships out, he marries Emily, but suffers severe PTSD after-effects while in combat. When he comes home, a taste for the Oxy Contin drug leads to a harder addiction of heroin, and Emily joins in the indulgence. To fund their now intense addictions, Cherry takes up robbing banks.

“Cherry” is available to stream on Apple TV+ beginning March 12th. Featuring Tom Holland, Clara Bravo, Jack Reynor, Michael Rispoli and Jeff Wahlberg. Screenplay adapted by Angela Russo-Otstot and Jessica Goldberg. Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. Rated “R”
