Colin Ferrell is Richard, the mission leader of a Noah’s Ark spaceship that is leading a journey from the dying earth to another habitable planet. This will take 86 years, meaning the third generation of the children on board – who were all artificially birthed for strength and brain power – will actually colonize the planet. When the kids become teens 10 years later, a tragedy occurs, and the craft suddenly is up for grabs. The film combines teenage hormones and alpha/beta philosophies.

“Voyagers” is in theaters beginning April 9th, 2021. Featuring Colin Ferrell, Tye Sheridan, Lily-Rose Depp and Fionn Whitehead. Written and directed by Neil Burger. Rated “PG-13”
