CHICAGO – For years, Full Spectrum Features has delivered a yearly highlight reel of local Chicago filmmakers producing the area’s best short films. The latest, “Chicagoland Shorts Vol. 7,” is an eclectic collection of voices speaking on subjects such as relationships, trauma and memories.
