CHICAGO – Patrick McDonald of HollywoodChicago.com appears on The Eddie Volkman Show on WSSR-FM (Star 96.7 Joliet, Illinois) on February 18th, 2022, reviewing the new release, “Uncharted,” based on the popular video game, in theaters on February 18th.

The film is Indiana Jones meets Sully (Mark Wahlberg) and Nathan Drake (Spider-Man Tom Holland) two adventurers who are off to seek an ancient gold caché, supposedly hidden by 1500s explorer Ferdinand Magellan. As the trail leads to Barcelona, a third member of team named Chloe (Sophia Ali) joins in, and a villainous hit person named Braddock (Tati Gabrielle) also emerges on their tail. The trio is racing against a wealthy aristocrat named Moncada (Antonio Banderas) and it will take wit and luck to find the treasure.

“Uncharted” is in theaters on February 18th. Featuring Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, Antonio Banderas, Tati Gabrielle and Sophia Ali. Screenplay by Rafe Judkins, Art Marcum and Matt Holloway. Directed by Ruben Fleischer. Rated “PG-13”
