Rachel Brosnahan is back as Midge Maisel, everybody’s favorite female Jewish stand up comedian from the late 1950s/early ‘60s, created by Amy Sherman-Palladino of “The Gilmore Girls.” The show currently is in the summer of 1960, with Midge rejected from a big time show and her strange agent Susie (Alex Borstein) on the brink of her own transitions. Mrs. Maisel’s family and ex-husband Joel (Michael Zagen) are also involved.
