CHICAGO – Patrick McDonald of HollywoodChicago.com appears on The Eddie Volkman Show with Hannah B on WSSR-FM (Star 96.7 Joliet, Illinois) on September 23rd, reviewing the new rock bio documentary “Moonage Daydream,” an overview of the life of David Bowie. In theaters now.

HollywoodChicago.com Oscarman rating: 5.0/5.0
Rating: 5.0/5.0

David Jones was born in England, and in 1966 reinvented himself as David Bowie, and became one the most influential and early non-gender-fluid musicians and artists of the British Invasion and beyond, constantly reinventing until his death in 2015. “Moonage Daydream” is not a narratively linear film biography, but kaleidoscope impressions of Bowie’s life and career.

“Moonage Daydream” is currently in theaters, including Chicago’s Music Box Theatre. For info/tickets, click BOWIE. Featuring David Bowie. Written and directed by Brett Morgen. Rated “PG-13”
