CHICAGO – Patrick McDonald of HollywoodChicago.com appears on “The Morning Mess” with Scott Thompson on WBGR-FM (Monroe, Wisconsin) on November 19th, 2020, reviewing the new force-be-with-you “The Lego Star Wars Holiday Special,” combining all the legendary characters. The special is currently on Disney+.

The current Star Wars gang is hosting Chewbacca’s family for Life Day – the galaxy’s version of Christmas – and Rey is wondering if she can ever train Finn to be a Jedi. She comes upon a crystal that opens portals to the Star Wars past, and begins a journey with the droid BB-8 through all the premises of the Star Wars film and TV universe. The story is told in the style of the Lego characters, and was released on November 17th on the Disney+ channel.
