CHICAGO – Patrick McDonald of HollywoodChicago.com appears on “The Morning Mess” with Dan Baker on WBGR-FM (Monroe, Wisconsin) on November 11th, 2021, reviewing the new film written and directed by Joanna Hogg, “The Souvenir Part II” in theaters on November 12th.

This is a sequel to the 2019 film. Julie (Honor Swinton Byrne, daughter of Tilda Swinton) is a graduate student in cinema working on her thesis film, which is about the events of the first film, during which she had an affair with a much older man who died as a result of his appetite for drugs. As the events unfold, the line between the reality and the film begin to blur. Featuring Tilda Swinton as Julie’s mother.
