CHICAGO – Patrick McDonald of HollywoodChicago.com appears on “The Morning Mess” with Dan Baker on WBGR-FM (Monroe, Wisconsin) on May 12th, reviewing “On the Count of Three,” the directorial debut of comedian Jerrod Carmichael, in select theaters and through Video On Demand beginning May 13th.

Jerrod Carmichael also is featured as Val, a dead-ender in a dead end town in which he sees no way out. After hearing that his institutionalized best friend Kevin (Christopher Abbott) has attempted suicide, Val decides to raid the mental clinic and bust his friend out. He then convinces his depressed friend to participate in a double suicide … they will shoot each other “on the count of three.” But before they do, they take one last day to have adventures.
