CHICAGO – Patrick McDonald of HollywoodChicago.com audio film review for “The Garfield Movie,” an animated film based on the popular comic strip by Jim Davis, and featuring the Monday-hating, lasagna-loving Orange Tabby cat (voice of Chris Pratt) and his friends. In theaters on May 24th.

Garfield is introduced to his new generation audience as the fat cat owned by Jon (Nicholas Hoult) and lives with his “intern dog” Odie. After an unexpected reunion with his long-lost father Vic (Samuel L. Jackson), Garfield and Odie find themselves part of a dairy farm heist involving Otto the Bull (Ving Rhames), Jinx the Persian Cat (Hannah Waddingham) and a security guard name Marge (Cecily Strong).
