CHICAGO – Patrick McDonald of HollywoodChicago.com audio film review for “My Old Ass,” a new film release featuring Aubrey Plaza as a “time traveling” 39 year old, and written/directed by Megan Park. In Chicago theaters on September 20th, everywhere on September 27th.

Maisy Stella is Elliott, who has just graduated from high school and is anticipating college, plus she’s having many make-out sessions with her best gal Ro (Kerrice Brooks). When her and Ro indulge in a psychedelic mushroom trip, Elliott’s older 39-year-old self (Aubrey Plaza) emerges through the trippy portal to confront young E and steer her life path. One piece of advice given? … avoid at all costs a guy named Chad (Percy Hynes White). Despite this, a meet-cute happens with, you guessed it, Chad. How will the teen Elliott react when she has a key clue to her future?
