Save Your Soul.,” a “mockumentary” featuring Sterling K. Brown and Regina Hall. The film is in theaters and streaming on the Peacock TV beginning September 2nd.
Sterling K. Brown is Lee-Curtis Childs, a successful for-profit preacher who has lost his congregation, due to vague allegations that become clearer as the story unfolds. His loyal wife is Regina Hall as Trinitie Childs, who is determined to helped her husband regain his status and their wealth. Like a black Jim and Tammy, they sweat the details until the big day of their comeback, as the couple goes through separate journeys in completely different directions.
