*A Beautiful MInd Is My Favorite*

I would say A Beautiful Mind, I remember when I first seen this movie it was so amazing, I study this film in my psychology and done a paper about the story of John Nash and his battle with the case of schizophrenia. A very smart man that dealt with hallucination and manage to have a family with help and support of friends and his wife. It was power, so edgy, like know other idea I ever seen before. This love this piece of work by Ron Howard.

Apollo 13

It showed just how inspiring astronauts are. You thought you were with them, and not just watching a movie. That is the mark of a truly great filmmaker.

Ron Howard's Best Movie Ever

It would have to be Apollo 13. Growing up in America with the space program is probably the most amazing advancement during our lives. I would like to see more movies like that one.

Apollo 13

Apollo 13 really was the best — it showed the determination, sticking together, everything that captures the American spirit. Actually, not just American spirit, but rather the human spirit. Truly unbelievable.

A Beautiful Mind

Because it reminded me that there’s always a little crazy that goes along with being a genius

This is a tough one

but i would have to say that backdraft had the most impact on me.

I had never seen so up close what it must feel like to be a firefighter, how completely intense it is.

I mean obviously you know that fire is intense but the magnitude of it, the in your face-ness that the movie brought to life just left a very indelible impression on me.

What Ron Howard Film Means the Most to Me?

It’s tie between Cocoon and Backdraft.

Cocoon was a great film with a wonderful story and message. No matter how old you are, you can still be young at heart. Jesssica Tandy, Maureen Stapleton, Hume Cronyn and Wilford Brimley are amazing and Dom Ameche even won the Oscar. The film reminded me of my grandparents and made me, and lots of other people, look at seniors in a whole new way.

Backdraft was an incredible movie. The special effect were amazing and Best of all it featured some of Chicago’s finest firefighters. What more could you ask for in film?
