Here is the plot description for “Knight and Day”:

Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz star in this sexy action/comedy in which a chance encounter thrusts a woman and a charming but lethal operative into a series of adventures across the globe. As if dodging assassins and uncovering world-changing secrets weren’t enough, she must now figure out if he is a good guy, a traitor or just plain crazy.

I would be the demolitions expert on a film crew, this would allow me a cover to be anywhere and handle firearms and such without attracting a lot of interest. Plus you can always offer a lowly security guard or nerdy IT tech a part in your “movie” while infiltrating whatever organization they work for.
