CHICAGO – Ricky Martin had quite the 2010. The pop sensation who placed “Livin’ La Vida Loco” into our collective consciousness also publicly acknowledged being gay in March. This led to the publication of his new book, “Me” (“Yo” in Spanish), and an appearance at Borders Books Lincoln Park in Chicago.

Joe Arce of HollywoodChicago.com was at the bookstore in Nov. 2010 to capture this exclusive portrait. Martin, fresh during that appearance from the Latin Grammys, greeted local admirers and signed his new book.
