This is a sequel to the 2019 film. Julie (Honor Swinton Byrne, daughter of Tilda Swinton) is a graduate student in cinema working on her thesis film, which is about the events of the first film, during which she had an affair with a much older man who died as a result of his appetite for drugs. As the events unfold, the line between the reality and the film begin to blur. Featuring Tilda Swinton as Julie’s mother.

“The Souvenir Part II” is in theaters beginning on November 12th. Featuring Honor Swinton Byrne, Tilda Switon, Alice McMillan, Charlie Heston and Jaygann Ayeh. Written and directed by Joanna Hogg. Rated “R”
