Rating: 4.5/5.0 |
This is the story of Superman’s dog Krypto (voice of Dwayne Johnson) and his fear that he’ll lose his best friend Supes (John Krasinski) in anticipation of his engagement to Lois Lane (Olivia Wilde). This emotion gets put on the back burner when Lex Luther (Marc Maron) unleashes Orange Kryptonite to some unsuspecting shelter animals, and they all gain super powers. One of them, Lulu the Guinea Pig (Kate McKinnon), launches Luthor’s evil plan and manages to capture all of the Justice League. It’s up to Krypto, shelter dog Ace (Kevin Hart), Squirrel Chip (Diego Luna), Piggy PB (Vanessa Bayer) and Turtle Merton (Natasha Lyonne) to save the day.
