CHICAGO – The queer community is everywhere in this spinning world, even Cuba. For details and tickets, click FEBRERO.
On her 64th birthday, Zoe is a lonely and widowed Cuban exile, and is about to become a grandmother. She is also about to receive an unexpected visitor – after more than forty years without seeing each other, her childhood best friend Helena shows up at her door. Without imagining that this reunion will change their lives forever, a secret comes to light, and they both have to reconsider their relationship then … and now. The film explores the rarely told story of life at a crossroads.
