Flora (Eve Hewson), a single mother living in Dublin, is having trouble with her estranged son Max (Oren Kilan), a rebellious teenage and petty thief. Encouraged by law enforcement to find Max a hobby, Flora rescues an old guitar from the garbage and, with the help from Jeff (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) – who is her online Los Angeles based guitar teacher – Flora discovers that her salvation can come through music.

”Flora and Son” is in select theaters and streaming on Apple TV+ on September 29th. Featuring Eve Hewson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Orén Kiln, Jack Reynor and Kelly Thornton. Written and directed by John Carney. Rated “R”
