CHICAGO – There is no better time to take in a stage play that is based in U.S. history, depicting the battle between fact and religion. CHICAGO – One of the greatest celebrity shows and entertainment gatherings in the country is coming to Chicagoland this week, and includes a rare appearance by Mark Hamill of “Star Wars.” FAN EXPO Chicago takes place from August 16-18, 2024. For tickets and information, click FAN EXPO Chicago.
Besides the great Hamill, next gen Star Wars mavens Hayden Christensen and Rosario Dawson (“Ahsoka”) will be in the house. The indomitable Captain Kirk, William Shatner will be there. Oscar winner Marisa Tomei will represent the Spider-Man series, Linda Hamilton will be there for “The Terminator” and a mini-reunion of “Seinfeld” performers … Wayne “Newman” Knight, Patrick “Puddy” Warburton and Larry “The Soup Nazi” Thomas … will be at the show about something. Of course, celebrities are just one part of the Chicago Fan Expo experience. Comic Book, Anime and Gaming creators will be on hand, and the fans themselves will show up in various Cosplay roles, for atmosphere and photo opportunities.
