Submitted by mattmovieman on April 20, 2010 - 8:36amCHICAGO – There are two ways moviegoers can respond to an unapologetic crowd-pleaser such as this: either resist its shamelessly manipulative fist-pumping, or dive into its pleasurably untroubled waters. Blu-Ray Review: Prequel ‘Underworld: Rise of the Lycans’ With Michael Sheen
Submitted by BrianTT on May 27, 2009 - 4:06pmCHICAGO – “Underworld: Rise of the Lycans” is easily one of the weirdest movies of 2009. It’s a werewolf movie that plays like a variation on “Gladiator” or “Spartacus” with the foundation of “Romeo & Juliet”.
