Film News: Midwest Independent Film Festival Celebrates Kartemquin Films on April 3, 2018

Two of the their documentary film productions, “Edith + Eddie” by director Laura Checkoway and “Abacus: Small Enough to Jail” by Steve James (“Hoop Dreams”) were nominated at the 90th Academy Awards.
