Rosemont, IL (May 21) – Hyatt Regency O’Hare, 9300 Bryn Mar Avenue, is getting into the swing of summer with an exciting new lounge menu, Sip and Dip, from May to August. With specialty dipping sauces to compliment delicious bar fare such as BBQ chicken wings, Grilled Jumbo Garlic Shrimp, Lemongrass Beef Satay, Masa Fried Calamari, Sweet Potato Fries, Tempura Vegetables, all palates are sure to discover exciting new flavors at Hyatt.

Available at O’H American Grill and Red Bar guests can select one “bite” and choose three “dips” along with a refreshing glass of wine. The wine selection includes Clos Du Bois, Pinot Grigio; Kendall Jackson Vintners Reserve Chardonnay; and Blackstone Merlot. The dipping sauces can be mixed and matched with any of the appetizers. Those sauces include: Chimichurri, Chipotle Ranch, Citrus Sambal, Garlic Ginger, Home-made Ketchup, Mango Chutney, Red Pepper Mayonnaise, Roasted Garlic Aioli and Spicy Peanut Sauce. Prices range from $8 to $12.
