Raul Benitez is a veteran curator, programmer and screener for various festivals and film entities, including his fourth year programming the After Dark series at the 60th CIFF. He is also the Senior Programmer for the Midwest Film Festival, and programs at Comfort Station Logan Square, Full Spectrum Features, FACETS and Nightingale Cinema. He was honored with an “Esteemed Artist Award” in 2022 by the City of Chicago.
