CHICAGO – The first trailer for “The Twilight Saga: New Moon,” the highly anticipated sequel to “Twilight,” premiered during the MTV Movie Awards tonight and we’ve got it for you.
Cast members in “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” include Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Dakota Fanning, and Michael Sheen.
The official synopsis from Summit Entertainment:
“In THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON, Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) is devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire love, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with the irresistible Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). Suddenly she finds herself drawn into the world of the werewolves, ancestral enemies of the vampires, and finds her loyalties tested.
“THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON” Opens In Theaters November 20th.”
“Twilight,” which stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Ashley Greene and Taylor Lautner from director Catherine Hardwicke, has grossed $178 million domestically. This has put the “New Moon” sequel into production immediately with a November release and adaptations of Stephenie Meyer’s sequels “Eclipse” and “Breaking Dawn” announced.
