What to Watch: Sept. 17-23, 2013 – TV Edition

Bates Motel

CHICAGO – This time of year is so rich with Blu-ray and DVD releases of last year’s television seasons that we thought we’d break out the latest ones into their own special edition of What to Watch. Blu-ray Review: Remarkably Clever ‘Adventure Time’ Makes HD Debut

Adventure Time

CHICAGO – As a parent, I can tell you that a lot of what connects with young viewers and becomes a smash hit is pretty creatively stale. Blu-ray Feature: 2013 Father’s Day Gift Guide

CHICAGO – It’s that time of year, the one in which you have to decide if you’re willing to think outside of the tie box when it comes to getting your pop something for Father’s Day. Another pair of socks? Or how about something he’ll appreciate? A movie? A TV series? A box set?
