CHICAGO – I have a new appreciation for Al Roker. Already acknowledged as a famous weatherman and TV host, the “Today Show” staple can add raucous comedian to his resume, as indicated by his hosting duties at the 60th Chicago International Film Festival’s Summer Gala on June 1st, 2024. He killed, as they say.

CHICAGO – The sound of laughter echos on streaming service TUBI, as veteran stand up comic Fritz Coleman presents “Unassisted Living,” his wacky journey with the vagrancies of getting older. The special is currently streaming, and TUBI is a free service to download as an app or to visit at UNASSISTED LIVING.

CHICAGO – Recently topping over its 100th episode, the popular “Media Path Podcast” continues its eclectic journey through the podscape and the two host’s curiosity. Al Roker of ‘The Today Show’ for his new book, ‘Ruthless Tide.’

CHICAGO – He has been presenting the weather segments on NBC-TV’s “The Today Show” since 1996, and now serves as co-host on the program. The inimitable Al Roker is also an author of seven books, and American History is the subject in his latest “Ruthless Tide: Heroes and Villains of the Johnstown Flood.” Roker was recently in Downers Grove (Ill.) at Anderson’s Bookshop, to greet fans and sign his new book.
